Hydrating and taking a lot of vitamins is the other factor. Adequate water levels in the body improve the metabolism of the body and better performance too. The vitamins too replenish the cells and keep them rejuvenated. One cannot feel sleepy that way since the body is in a hyper mode.
The fourth factor is going natural. This is about taking the right foods from the garden and taking a peek into our environment. A place with plants makes sure that we remain awake because aeration is improved. There is improved aeration in the ecosystem because plants use up carbon dioxide in the environment and emit oxygen which we use up. The environment has a balance when the interchange happens and that is healthy.
Lastly, one should ensure they get checked for illnesses. Diseases force the body to use energy and hence a general body weakness happens which may cause sleep. Sleep can be eradicated if all of these are factored in.
